Outsiders Comics is a Taiwan indie self-published comic books label to applies multiple styles such as alternative, underground, adult, dark and pop culture, publisher founded in Taipei, Taiwan by PEPPERJERRY in 2022. The primary purpose of a release plan is to expand and released a number of collections of comic short stories for most artistry's designer toy artists and brands. The first printing mini-comic issue title entitled: Urban Devil - The Rooster to begin in May 2022. Plus an introduction to the mini-comics in the current The Rooster new vinyl toy, and the illustrated adventures that fueled your imagination!
